2.2 Client Obligations. The client shall provide timely access to relevant systems, networks, and documentation required for the execution of services. Delays in client-provided access may affect delivery timelines.

2.3 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, vulnerability findings, and technical details disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 36 months.

2.4 Limitation of Liability. firewallvisiongroup's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

2.5 Intellectual Property. All deliverables, reports, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of firewallvisiongroup. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use findings for internal security improvement.

2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Non-payment constitutes material breach.

2.7 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Madrid, Spain.
